WHERE CAN I PARK TO PICK UP & DROP OFF?
You’ll find plenty of convenient street parking available out the front.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE LIMIT?
To keep things safe and manageable in our salon, we only work with small breeds under 10kg and below knee height
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Pricing depends on the service required and your dog’s size (up to 10kg), coat condition, behaviour, and the time required for grooming. Each dog is assessed on arrival, but if you’d like an estimate beforehand, just ask! Starting prices are shown on our
WILL YOU REMIND ME OF MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes! Our booking system will automatically send you a confirmation text 2 business days before your appointment. Simply reply to confirm or cancel, and the system will update your booking for you.
HOW LONG WILL MY DOGS APPOINTMENT TAKE?
It depends on the service — a bath & blow dry usually takes 30–45 minutes, while a full groom takes around 60–90 minutes.
DO YOU OFFER MINDING?
Unfortunately not, we don’t have the space to offer minding. Please pick up your pup within 30 minutes of the agreed time (and by 4pm for the last appointment of the day).
Late pick-ups may incur a $20 fee per 15 minutes after 4pm.
